On June 24, 2023 there will be a SPECIAL MEETING of the Members of GOPOA to vote on whether or not to adopt an Amendment to the Declaration that would restrict rental of one's property. A mailing was sent on June 1 to all homeowners with information about this meeting. Below are the documents included in the mailing.
