Prospective owners need to be aware that Association's Covenants state that mobile homes and travel trailers cannot be located on any lot later than December 31, 1978.
DUES: $150 annually per lot
Dues invoices are mailed in late July; the 'dues year' runs September to August; payment is expected by the time of the annual meeting in September. New owners may be assessed prorated dues in their first year based on the month they purchased their property.
ORGANIZATION: There are 66 lots in the community. Each lot owner is a member of the Galena Oaks Property Owners Association. A seven-member Board of Directors makes decisions on behalf of the membership. At least two Board members are up for election every year.
